Aluminum Monocoque Body

The monocoque body is incredibly well toned, derived from ultra-strong aluminum. The result is reduced weight and improved rigidity: the new XK drops 200 lbs. and increases body stiffness by 31 percent.

Available Wheel Styles

The XK Coupe and Convertible come standard with 18" Venus alloy wheels. 19" Carelia wheels are available as a stand-alone option or with the Luxury Package, and 20" Senta wheels are available as a stand-alone option or with with the Aluminum Luxury Package.

Intelligent Lighting System

In addition to automatically operated, self-leveling bi-Xenon headlamps, the XK features corner lamps, housed within the main headlamp unit, that maneuver to give improved illumination.

Adaptive Front Lighting

Adaptive Front Lighting (AFL), available as part of the Advanced Technology Package, provides enhanced visibility when cornering at higher speeds. Sensors react to the vehicle´s speed and angle of approach, swiveling the dipped beam lens to increase illumination around the bend.

Reverse Parking Aid

Ultrasonic sensors mounted in the rear bumper detect objects in the vehicle´s path up to 6 feet away. An audible warning system alerts drivers to the proximity of objects when slowly backing up, while the console touchscreen provides specific information on their location in relation to the vehicle.
